One of the services we provide is support with housing. We can help with making new applications for housing benefit or housing element of universal credit. We provide support with amending existing claims with things like change of circumstances. For example change to your work, health or simply household members to ensure you are receiving the right amount of support. We also provide support and guidance with making homeless applications to your borough or if you feel your current home is no longer suitable. Walk-in is available for this service but booking an appointment in advance is preferred to avoid disappointment.
